Xyron Cold Lamination 1255

Uses continuous laminate rolls as opposed to pouches - less labor and time.  Plus small or unusual sized items can be fed directly into the machine rather than maneuvering originals to fit in specific size pouches.  Both the 1255 and the 2500 use a hand crank to move the laminate through the machine.  This enables the operator to use as much or as little laminate as needed.  Stop and start where you want.  Helps eliminates waste so often accepted with hot laminators.  And because there is no heat, there is no warm up or odor like hot laminators.  The 1255 cold lamination system is ready to operate whenever you need it.  And it weighs under 20 lbs.

Supply Descriptions for the Xyron 1255

• General Use Laminate: A high gloss film suitable for use on a variety of substrates. The film has superior adhesion, excellent clarity and is compatible with most media.

• High Tack Mounting Adhesive: An aggressive adhesive that instantly creates a permanent bond on most surfaces. Has excellent clarity and a pH in the range of 5.0 - 7.0.

• Low Tack Mounting Adhesive: An adhesive offering a lower initial bond that will become permanent over time. Has a pH in the range of 6.0 - 8.0.

• Combination One Side Lamination / One Side Adhesive Application: Xyron's general use laminate on the top surface and one of the mounting adhesives described above.
